At Athlivia, we strive to deliver your fitness essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below:

🚚 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email/SMS with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped.

📦 Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities: 3–4 days

  • Non-metro cities/towns: 5–7 days

  • Remote/pincode-restricted areas may take longer.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold or Cash on Delivery (COD).

🔄 Order Tracking

  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking link sent to your registered email/phone.

  • Alternatively, visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID.

⚡ Delays & Exceptions

  • While we partner with trusted courier services, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • In such cases, we will keep you updated proactively.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
