✅ Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your bank account/UPI/wallet.

For COD orders, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (details to be provided by you).
✅ Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during special sales, offers, or discounts may not be eligible for return/refund.

Free gifts, samples, or promotional items cannot be returned.
✅ Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
✅ Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).

In case of a wrong/defective item sent by us, Athlivia will cover the shipping cost.
