Refund Policy

At Athlivia, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your support email/WhatsApp number] with your order details.

✅ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your bank account/UPI/wallet.

  • For COD orders, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (details to be provided by you).

✅ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during special sales, offers, or discounts may not be eligible for return/refund.

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items cannot be returned.

✅ Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

✅ Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).

  • In case of a wrong/defective item sent by us, Athlivia will cover the shipping cost.

 Note: Athlivia reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
